Refund policy

At Indie Pracha, every product is handcrafted with care, using natural fibres, traditional techniques, and sustainable processes. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and make each piece unique.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong product

📌 We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Colour or design variations due to handmade / natural dye processes
Size or fit issues (unless incorrectly sent)
Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

Return Request Timeline

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
Email us at INDIEPRACHA@GMAIL.COM with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Brief explanation

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrongly delivered products
All exchanges are subject to product availability

Handmade Disclaimer

Our products are:

Hand-felted / eco-printed / handmade
Made using natural fibres and dyes

Minor irregularities, colour bleeding, or texture differences are not defects but part of the handmade process and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not possible
